Cancellation & Refund Policy
Wanderlette Retreats are more than just a peaceful holiday. They are an opportunity to join a sisterhood and create memories and bonds that will last a lifetime. As you can imagine, our team invests a lot of time and resources into the service of creating these special experiences for our sisters. Before booking, please make sure you are fully committed to this journey with us and understand our cancellation and refund policy.
When you book a Wanderlette retreat, you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked if you cancel within 21 calendar days from the date of purchase/booking. After 21 days, we reserve the right to keep the initial deposit but will refund any additional payments that you may have made. If you missed the 21-day window, but your retreat is still more than 6 months away, don't worry, we will still be happy to process your full refund.
We understand that sometimes life can get in the way of a retreat despite our best intentions! For that reason, we do allow for retreat rescheduling; If you missed the 21-day refund window, and your retreat is less than 6 months away, we will be happy to work with you to transfer your booking into a future Wanderlette retreat.
Please note that we will not issue any refunds or transfers within 2 weeks of an event's starting date. We will also not issue any refunds or transfers during an event or after the event has concluded.
Wanderlette, our partners, and our vendors are not liable or responsible for a canceled retreat for circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will not issue refunds if an event is canceled or postponed due to force majeur / an Act of God. These circumstances include acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, revolution, riots, or failure of transportation. Under such circumstances, Wanderlette will be happy to work with you to transfer your booking into a later scheduled retreat. In the event that Wanderlette cancels a retreat for reasons other than those listed above, Wanderlette will be happy to issue a full refund to all participants.
